It’s a hat-trick for NVS. It was in the year 2007 that we got the International School Award accreditation for the first time for the period of 2007-2010. In 2011 again we were accredited with the International School Award 2011-2014 by the British Council. Once again, for the third consecutive time we have done it in 2015 and have been awarded with ISA 2015 -2018. The International School Award is a British Council accreditation scheme rewarding schools with a notable global element in their curriculum, which aims at developing global citizens. This time the students of NVS worked with students from U.K., France, Kenya, USA, Australia, Singapore, etc. to add an international dimension to their curriculum. All students, right from Std I to Std XI worked with students in different countries towards getting the International School Award. The interactions were in the form of letters, Project exchange, emails and video conferencing. We also had a group of students from France visiting us which enabled the students to actually work together. The entire procedure of working towards ISA was a great learning experience for all.
